The result of assemblies being treated with this surface smoothing is primarily a reduction in the friction within these systems, which as a consequence reduces the mechanical strain put on the components and the thermal loading of the whole system. This is accompanied by an optimisation of energy efficiency and durability.

Instruction for REWITEC® PowerShot®

Application for 4-Stroke Engines
  1. The engine should have reached operating temperature, but should, however, have run at least 15 minutes.
  2. Shake the REWITEC® PowerShot® well for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the complete content of the bottle(s) to the warm engine oil.
  4. Subsequently drive the vehicle for approx. 15 minutes.
  5. The treatment will be finished after approx. 1,500 km (do not carry out an oil change during this time).
*Safety Advice:
Must not be handled by children. Do not drink the liquid. Avoid skin contact. May be slightly irritating to the eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor in case the irritation does not disappear. Do not pour into or place next to open flame.
*Storage Advice:
Please store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight.
Application for 2-Stroke Engines (Motorbikes and -Boats)
  1. The engine should have reached operating temperature, but should, however, have run at least 15 minutes.
  2. Shake the REWITEC® PowerShot® well for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the complete content of the bottle(s) to the half-full fuel tank.
  4. Subsequently drive the vehicle for approx. 15 minutes.
*Safety Advice:
Must not be handled by children. Do not drink the liquid. Avoid skin contact. May be slightly irritating to the eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor in case the irritation does not disappear. Do not pour into or place next to open flame.
*Storage Advice:
Please store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight.
 

Instruction for REWITEC® DuraGear® G5

Application for Gearbox
  1. The gear unit should have reached operating temperature, but should, however, have run at least 30 minutes.

The REWITEC® DuraGear® G5 product should be in room temperature.
  1. Switch off filters of <30μm, if at all used, bridge or exchange them (Should oil filters with a mesh size of <30 μm be built in, these will have to be switched off, be bridged or replaced by a filter with a mesh width ≥30 μm during the time of treatment.)
  2. Shake the bottle(s)/syringe(s) well for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour the whole content of the bottle(s)/syringe(s) into the gear unit. Subsequently the gear should run for at least 30 minutes.
  4. The coating process will be finished after approx. 100 operating hours. The oil filter, if at all used, can now be reactivated resp. be built in again.

Must not be handled by children. Do not drink the liquid. Avoid skin contact. May be slightly irritating to the eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor in case the irritation does not disappear. Do not pour into or place next to open flame.
